Has there been anyone who swore in, or took oath on a Flag, Code, instead of a Bible...

When John Quincy Adams was sworn in as president of the USA he swore his oath on a book of Law.

Teddy Roosevelt didn't use a bible, and LBJ used a catholic missal.
