Yes, there is actually one in the making right now. The WWF is planning on creating a cert. body for the industrial production of shrimp and salmon called the Aquaculture Stewardship Council.....basically they are trying to create a more efficient way to supply the world with farm raised shrimp and salmon without taking into consideration any sustainability factors. Human rights and conservation groups have sent the WWF a letter to protest this action and demand that they speak with and take into consideration the needs and wants of the people this will affect.......But the answer to your question is YES.
