Examples range from the politically charged (such as excessive public assistance to healthy, working age adults) to the frivolous (such as people who blast the heavy bass in their cars just to irritate others). There are plenty of examples from every social/economic group in our society.
In a nutshell, people feel they can behave however they want simply because they want to, regardless of the impact on others.
