I wish I could slap someone who works for T-Mobile in the face. Than maybe I'd feel a little better. What is is with sales people who tell you what you want to hear than when you get your bill it's a hundred dollars MORE than you had been told it would be. EVERY time I call T-Mobile's customer service I feel like I'm talking to a zombie who can't solve my problems correctly. Has anyone else had issues with T-Mobile? Is it just all cell phone companies who try to bled you of your money in hidden cost and fee's?
