Has something similar happened to the end of the CSI miami episode "wheels up" before?

At the end of the episode "wheels up" Haratio caine took a vitims exboyfriend
(who had abused her) into a interrogation room where he locked the door and
closed the shades. I feel like i have seen him do that before. What episode has
that situation happened of CSI miami? What is your theory on what he does?
