has mr. obama been on fox to discuss his financial plans for the USA?

it is the most watched cable network, and the top rated financial channel. should he let his hate for fox get the better of him. this is not to talk hate but to ask a reasonable question. whay almost every other station except fox to sell his plans? thanks
