...polling places in November? Now that Holder has set the precedent of non-enforcemenet of voter intimidation when black men stand outside a polling place brandishing clubs, will that now be legal?

Will we see that happening on a widespread basis in November?

Holder's Black Panther Stonewall
"When none of the defendants filed any response to the complaint or appeared in federal district court in Philadelphia to answer the suit, it appeared almost certain Justice would have prevailed by default. Instead, the department in May suddenly allowed the party and two of the three defendants to walk away. Against the third defendant, Minister King Samir Shabazz, it sought only an injunction barring him from displaying a weapon within 100 feet of a Philadelphia polling place for the next three years—action that's already illegal under existing law."

The injunction against Shabazz was meaningless. Those things are already illegal.
Brandishing a club IS armed, and it IS illegal. The police ordered the NBP to put away their clubs, and they did.

Why are liberals so allergic to facts today?

That's the thing, no they are not illegal!...if they were he would have been arrested by the Philly P.D. He was asked to leave and he complied. There were only 2 new black panthers at the polling place, and the other one had a legitimate reason for being there( he is a registered poll watcher and lived in the building). The DOJ, pressed it's civil lawsuit against them, but it could only be legally sustained against Shabazz not matter what the default judgment was. And if the government was to take the assets of a private citizen away in this kind of circumstance, you'd probably still hear the far right screaming.
Only one person had a 'club' the police made him leave and he did. He was not arrested. If i was walking around with a gun exposed in public i would not be told to "put it away" i would be arrested.
