Has Financial fair play hit a snag already? Will it go the same way as the 6+5 rule?

According to an in depth CNN investigation Plaatini`s plan has hit some major snags not because of Mega rich owners or Clubs having Huge debts......its his perfect club model the fans owned model..lol apparently the problem is fan owned German clubs make you pay like the La liga clubs to become a member as you need to be a member to get a season ticket. but the German clubs use part of the membership money to make the season tickets cheaper so they pay half as much as EPL clubs to watch their teams. where in La Liga all the money goes to the club coffers. They also have a problem with very league in europe shares their TV revenue equally in a gentle rising scale but in La Liga over half of TV money is shared between just two teams. now to make things fair it would penalise both these teams and mean with current levels of debt they would not make the cut off point for Platini1`s rules. plus The spanish government have just voted in a new rule so they can force the La Liga clubs to pay the £800 mil they owe in taxes to the spanish government.....and they have not even started on the english and french and German leagues debts. lol

So will Platini ban all the top teams to be fair or will he like Blatter drop it as a bad idea?
Also it is apparently in violation of at least six EU laws.lol thats why Fergie is not too bothered in giving Wayne his huge payrise.lol
