It's not hard to make a deal with Russia that America will dispose of 1,000 warheads if Russia will sell a few hundred of theirs.

Perhaps you need a reality check. It's very easy to say you're going to do something. It's much more difficult to actually get it done.

From the way he's dealt with other enemy countries, I don't see one smidgen of hope that Russia will get rid of one percent of it's nukes.

that deal was set prior to todays visit. this is old news. while there is a plan, there is no specifics, go figure, and it is more of a roadmap. get in the loop.
 
Its been done by previous admin.'s, America is the only country that actually abides by treaties, other countries just laugh and continue as if no agreement was made.
