Has Counseling Cured Your Anxiety?

Anyone have counseling and/or medication that has cured your anxiety for a long period of time? If so, what meRAB cured you? I hate to think this will be life-long; I mean, you would think Fate would say, "ok; we've made you suffer for 22 years. That's enough." Do we hear 23?
