there's a guy that lives a few miles from me and he said his broke which was what caused him to wreck his truck and the insurance company confirmed this,he flipped it in a curve over this,the truck is totaled out though,i don't know if its a defect or what ,but he sure isn't happy about it,he just had bought the truck a few weeks before that and they had it checked before they bought it,who knows it may be a defect or something that needs to be reported ,if yours is bad or loose replace it if it hasn't already broken,good luck.
