Has anyone used this bike? The Victory Touring 26" Women's Cruiser Bicycle?

I am interested in this bike, however I dont' want to buy it without reading up on reveiws and whatnot...however I am finding them hard to come by. Does anyone have any suggestions about this bike? I also want to put a childs seat on the back of it and perhaps a basket on the front, would this work with this bike?
