Has anyone used ford springs on a toyota 4runner and does it lift it any?

I was thinking about putting 56in ford springs on my 1988 toyota 4runner and was wondering if it would lift it any also if i could use same kind of springs for the solid axle in the front has anyone done this and how did it go how much lift if any did you get out of it? are there any modifications needed
