I recently stopped taking BC and am thinking about taking Vitex to help re-regulate my cycles so that my husband and I can start TTC in the next 3-6 months. I used to have regular cycles and then I started taking birth control. I was on it for a year and a half and when I stopped I went 3 months without getting a period. I decided to go back on birth control and was on it for about a year and at the beginning of September I went off it again so my husband and I could TTC soon. I wanted to take Vitex to try to regulate things quicker this time. I have read many good reviews on the internet and have not really seen anything bad about it. I am wondering if anyone can share their experiences with me whether they are good or bad to help inform me more about this product.
Has anyone taken Vitex to help regulate cycles?
