Has anyone taken the Pink or blue early Gender Test, if so was it correct?

Hi, I am 18 weeks, ill be going for my 19 week ultrasound test soon and will find out the sex. My friend bought me one of those early gender tests just for fun, and it is sitting on my table and i do not know if i should take it. I do not want to think I am having a certain sex and get all exited about it, then a week later find out I am having the opposite sex, even though that might sound silly, i think it might affect me in a bad way. Am i just being stupid? have u taken it, what was the outcome? or why would you not take it?
 
do it for fun. 1st think what you think your having. Then see what the gendr kit says then at your scan see which was right. Just keep it fun. Ohh and tell us 2
