...e-census link? i ordered a copy of my marriage certificate on ecencus because i need to renew my phil. passport and the philippine embassy here in norway needs a marriage certificate authenticated by dfa before i can use my husbands last name on my new passport. my question is, since i need to authenticate it, i put the address of my mother in philippines for the delivery so she can go to dfa afterwards to have it authenticated and then she could send it to me here. i live in norway right now but when i tried to pay, they dont allow since the address i wrote was in philippines. can my mother pay it in the banco de oro and claim the marriage cert. on my behalf even if the receipients name was mine but the address is my mothers? thanks
