I bank online and now I'm getting the message that their will be upcoming changes soon. This is because President Obama signed a law that banks can no longer charge you huge overdraft fees for a 3 dollar cup of coffee. President Obama has now made it where banks will have to ask your permission and inform you that you have things pending and are over your limit so you wont be charged 70 dollars for using your card to buy a 2 dollar paper then using it to buy a cup of coffee, which is great and will save many people tons of money! Banks make billions of dollars a year by taking advantage of people by charging them high priced overdraft fees. This is one of President Obama's best accomplishments in my opinion.
