I'm currently in a chapter 13 bankruptcy and will be converting to a chapter 7 and I want to keep me car, but I don't know if AHF will reaffirm the loan because prior to filing bankruptcy I was 2-3 months past due. It's a 2006 model so would they really want their car back? Thanks.
