has anyone read any of joe peters books? (cry silent tears and cry myself to sleep)?

joe peters wrote 2 books, called, cry silent tears and cry myself to sleep. i have read cry silent tears and next week i am going town to get cry myself to sleep.

has anyone here ever read it, its a number 1 seller so i hope someone on here would of read it. what is your review, please write what you think as your answer. this is what i think:

i think that he is a great person, he is living proff of someone overcoming such a terrible childhood and bringing children up into a safe environment (he is married with 5 kids) with doing the same thing to them as what he experienced, he has had to come to terms with a living hell and being put through severe child abuse for many years being beaten and raped many times. he grown up to write his book to tell his true feelings and what really happened. this book made me cry, i wish this sort of thing didn't happen in the world.

thats mine and i cant wait to get the next book. what do you think of any of these books.

I've read Cry Silent Tears; Although it's a very well written book, I wouldn't say I enjoyed it, I found certain parts uncomfortable to read, because the horror of what his mother and other members of his family did to him was truly shocking. He suffered so much, for so many years, but his story is so inspiring, because he is such an amazing man now. And by telling his story, and speaking out about the horrendous abuse he suffered, he's trying to help others that have suffered. He's a truly inspirational person.
