CIV4 is an extremely fun, hard, and long game. If you have patience, and skill CIV4 is for you. This game is a lot more than just expand and conquer games because you need to take care of all aspects of life, government, money, goods, keeping citizens happy, diplomatics, and last but not least, war. A game of Civilization can take literally 24 hours sometimes, but you can stop and save of course. The game is as close to real civilization management as you will find. The entire game has so many elements, its almost mind boggling. If you like this, it is the game for you
