...Management Development Program (PMDP)? I just got an email about the Merill Lynch Financial Advisor trainee program...I am a current financial advisor an it includes going to a "career" event to meet with top advisors about the program and basically being trained to be an advisor. I am currently an active financial consultant and I am just trying to get an idea of what this exactly is. Do I definately get a job? Is there a lot of people that do this? How much is the salary? Any additional information from anyone that knows anything about this would be greatly appreciated.
