Has anyone noticed small amounts being added to the tip they're leaving?

On a few occasions I've noticed restaurants adding a small amount to the tip I've left resulting in a different charge on my statement. The amounts are small enough that one may not notice, or may decide it is not worth pursuing, or may be passed off as an accident. But now I'm wondering how many other people have experienced this? 50c or $1 here and there, not questioned by the customer, could add up to a nice bonus!
 
Yeah it's happened to me before but i complained and got the meal for free there is no need to add charges to someone elses bill we have the right to give a tip at our discresion
