Has anyone in history ever taken their car for a $99 brake job and paid $99?

Yesterday I paid $140 (front brakes only) and that included the "free" pads from the "lifetime warranty" I got last time.

I won't mention the name of the company because I think they all do the same thing...

Maybe it's time to learn to do it yourself. It's not difficult. Buy a Haynes manual for your car. You can do all kinds of stuff and rarely pay a mechanic again.
