Has anyone heard this riddle?

Okay, there is a ventriliquist who has a dummy on his lap, and he is doing his usual blonde jokeof the night, when a blonde stands up in the audience. She says "Do you think it's right to make jokes at a person just because of thier air color, IQ, or personality?" Then, the ventriliquist starts to apoligize to the blonde, when the blonde says "Will you shut up, im talking to the person on your lap!" that one is soooo funny!
sorry, i meant to say "hair" color
