I have put in an application to exchange my higher rate mobility allowance for a car with Ford. Does anyone know how long it should take before I hear from them, I put in my application on Saturday and they said they would receive confirmation by tuesday (today) I have not heard anything and was wondering should I call tomorrow to see what is going on? Do they even contact you by phone or do you just wait for the acceptance letter and Pin number?
