I'm interested in the San Diego campus because it is close to home. And I know in this industry the importance of networking. If I went far for college (say Johnson & Wales in Colorado) everyone would know me in Colorado but when I come back home, I would have these great degrees, no job, and no reputation. Everything would be in Colorado. I'm applying to the Art Institute and I KNOW they are not as elite as CIA or JWU but they are near my hometown. Which is important for me for a career, building a reputation, and networking. Has anyone gone through the Baking & Pastry program that has advice? It would be greatly appreciated!
