Has anyone filed a class action lawsuit against Panasonic regarding the power

supply issue? I have a Panasonic 61" DLP TV that has a serious problem with the power supply and most times will not turn on. We are planning on filing a class action lawsuit against Panasonic, but our attorney is advising us to find someone else who has filed a class action lawsuit. Anyone?
