Yes. It is called a human being, like what we all are. If not indecent or lewd, so what. Do you realize how divorced people often are from our simple humanity?! Even a dog, horse, cow or sheep can nurse, poop & pee all over the place in public and THAT's considered perfectly okay. However, any adult caught in a desperate pee behind a tree if unable to find an open restroom quickly enough...faces the prospect of a fine or jail, and a lot of people go ballistic at the thought that an infant should have the right to not go hungry while people stuff their own faces everywhere! Even children are so terrified of being seen that they form long lines next to toilet stalls instead of using the benches in changing rooms when going swimming. America shouldn't be lewd, ...be we shouldn't loose our humanity, either. Do you know, even in all of the Bible, there is no commandment saying that people are forbidden to be naked? What matters...is what matters.
