Has anyone ever made a chi ball? If not try it.?

My brother's girlfriend told me she was taking tai chi classes and she said she made a chi ball and it was cool. SO i looked up a video on youtube and i did it it was so cool and kinda spiritual. Have you made one? look up on youtube:chi ball and if u have done it can you tell me about something kind of like that i could do?
