Has anyone ever gotten tested for an actual IQ score?

I've always wanted to know my IQ score but I never knew where to go.
Also when you answer my question I don't want websites, because those are just false, but actual places. Thanks!
 
IQ tests used to be given in schools to evaluate the potential of the students, thankfully that nonsense is over. You might be able to schedule a test with a qualified psychologist, but I should warn you that these test are usually fairly expensive and your health insurance will not cover them.
