Water conducts electricity, so to save money on steel and copper cables ect what about a heavy insulated sealed tube filled with water, it could have metal connections either end of the tubes but the bulk of the cable filled with water. I am pissed off with pikeys steeling signalling cables from train lines, it would great to see the little shits face's when the cut the cable open and find H20 instead of copper.
