This summer, my parents are enrolling me at Camp Wellspring in California. This was my choice and im completely determined to lose the weight, but i have a few questions. Im from the east coast, i will know nobody. Are most campers from California ? Are they nice and supportive? How much weight do you lose if you are determind?
Can we bring cellphones or laptops? Are the dorms comfortable? How often do we go on day trips to the beach and stuff? Will they send me guidelines on what to pack ? Im not extremely obese but im nooot skinny at all and my health is at very high risk my doctor said. I want to lose about 35 pounds at camp then continue the weightloss. Is the camp helpful for longterm weightloss? How often can i call home?
