Hiya - I am looking into going to a women's only week long residential boot camp. I'm basically looking to get my confidence back and initiate a lifestyle change and all the testimonials on the websites sound really positive. I was wondering if anyone had ever been to one? So far I've been looking into GI Jane Boot camp, Apples and Pears and Prestige. I live in London so camps in the south are preferable to me. Thank you!
