has anyone ever been an Au-Pair before?

I used to have Au-Pairs, when my brothers and myself were growing up, from when i was about 5 till i was about 11.

I was considering being one for a while, as my job at the moment is sucking all the life outta' me and i wanted a change.

I just wondered if anyone had been one, what their experiences were and the good and bad points.

I have been offered a couple of placements to start in September.
