Has Anyone else's Xbox 360 failed after playing gta 4, why does it happen?

I just bought a brand new xbox to replace my old one which died mystriously when i was playing GTA 4, i was just playing my new one and as soon as i put in GTA 4 my xbox showed "the 3 rings of death" and now it won't work at all
