Now a days, there are more and more movies coming out in 3D. I've been to about 3 this year. What I've noticed is, unlike older 3D movies, there is little to no 3D action in the movie. This is true in "The Last Airbender", "Alice in Wonderland", and many others- 3 total minutes of 3D action. A 3D movie costs about $5 more than a regular adult ticket. Also, Movie attendies has been slowly declining over the years, because people can see movies in there own house for $5 on demand, or on the internet for free. However, If a movie is in 3D, people will be more likely to go to the movies to see the movie because they want that 3D experiance- moreso if it is also in IMAX. Do you think producers are just adding a couple little segments of 3D action in order to get that extra money from movie go-ers?
