Has anyone else heard this noise from their Jeep Wrangler in the Winter?

Whenever i go over bumps or pot holes the bottom of my car makes a pop noise. The frame of my Jeep is pretty rusted. I can't tell if the noise is something bad because of the rust or if its just because its so cold and things are frozen together. It's been around 5 degrees since the noise started happening. Anyone else had this happen or have any ideas?
