Has anyone else had a small hairline crack appear on the back of their iphone?

I have noticed that a small hairline crack has appeared on my iphone 3G, someone at work had this happen and i wish to know if anyone has had any problems getting a replacement.
The phone is still under warranty and has not been dropped at any time
