When we set it up and plugged it in, the screen either wouldnt turn on or it went crazy. Also, there was a 4th wire on the back of the monitor that didn't attach to anything. Sears hasn't been any help so far and it's Sunday so we can't call the manufacturer, any suggestions on how to fix it?
