AF51 and EL71 have one of the easyest ways for metal cover removing .It is like opening fish or peanut can with the grip for finger.
I have attached picture of A31 becouse that model is only avaiable to me at the moment and he has one cover with this new "easy peel" technology.
Same looking holes are also on AF51 cover plate so you can start on biggest.
Put the tip of small screwdriver aside in that hole and try to rip out edge.Once it goes off you can peel off complete metal cover with some small clamps (i'm using this Leathermann tool) like when you open fish or peanut can.

How put you the metal shield back again?
I suppose you cannot leave it this way,
because it is directly under the battery.
Or don't you?
No need to put it back on becouse it is under aluminium metal plate from the phone cover.Only person wich disasembles the phone can see that shield is removed,nobody else.
