Has anyone driven on their own from the UK to the continent in a right hand drive car...

...with no knowledge of? foreign languages? Is it difficult? I have to drive from the Midlands to Paris.............would it be hard adjusting to driving on the right, in a right-hand drive car, road signs in French etc. I don't want to have a crash abroad.
