Has anyone done business with Gametag.com?

My brother is trying to sell his WOW account and gametag.com made him an offer of $200. He hasn't played in quite a while however; so, $200 is an unusually high offer for his account. We don't really trust it. Has anyone else done business with this company?
 
Well most buying/selling accounts websites are scams, if you do a Google search for "selling wow account" the first sites usually offer good service.
But to answer your question I never did business with them.
