I have an older style prepaid phone, I bought a new one. They are BOTH through Net 10. I want to transfer units & the phone number from my old cell to my new cell.
When I emailed them they said 48 hours. I don't have a home phone this cell is my home number. Anyways they said I won't have access to my voice mail or cell of course. I e-mailed them back and asked if it would go faster if I was to find a land line to call from to upgrade. They emailed back 24-72 hours to upgrade blah blah you can do it online. OR call their phone and they will walk me through the process, the issue is they NEVER said if it would be done any sooner. I am afraid it will take forever on the phone with them and in the end I will still have to wait. They of course didn't tell me.
Anyone have this issue???
