I am worried about the back log on parts (18 months?).
In my letter of address to the axel problem, Ford has state that they will provide a 'rental vehical' until the repair is completed. OR they will buy the vehical back.
Buying the vehical back? Can Ford , force this option upon you ?
The vehical is hardly worth a whole lot 'resale', but is certainly worth more to me than the resale value. I am worried about the legalities behind this: 1. that their buy back is 'fair', thus forcing me to give up my vehical for a fraction of what i think it is worth. 2. that i will end up spending more money replacing this vehical.
any thoughts or examples would help
