has anyone bought a refurbished iphone 3gs from AT&T wireless?

I'm interested in buying an IPHONE 3GS from AT&T and wonder if I should spring for the $199 for a new one or try the refurbished one for $99. Are the refurbished iphones reliable?
 
First of all, i do not know hy you are going to buy an iPhone 3GS Refurbished or new right now because Apple is announcing the Apple iPhone 4G on June 7th and it will be released between June and July, so i have no idea why you would do that so please wait for the new iPhone because it is supposed to be AMAZING. Don't waste your time on the 3GS it is a waste of money because the new iPhone 4G is 32GB and is $199.99 while the 3gs is 16gb and 199.99 anyway iphone 4g is better
