Has anyone bought a Fake id from photo-id?

I was going to buy a fake id from this site.. and was just wondering if anyone has got one? do they look real? I've never really seen anyone with "national identification cards" that look like the ones they have?
Would you even be able to "use" them in shops (i know its illegal)
