Has anyone any experience of the Dension Gateway 100 for the Honda Civic?

My partner has just bought a Civic Type R GT, we are wanting to connect our ipod up to the car so we can listen to music. I have found the Dension for around 100.00 but want to be sure of its capabilities? Is it easy to fit, does it work alongside the steering wheel controls and most importantly does it produce good sound quality?
