Has anybody used this web:restaurant.com?

I want to purchase a gift card...but on many of them it seems like to buy more in order to use it..such as if you buy a 50 dollar gift card-it says :Minimum purchase of $100. Valid for Dinner, Dine In ONLY. Excludes: Other. Has anybody bought one and cant use it because you have to spend 100 or more?
