has anybody successfully downgraded 4.3.5 to 4.3.3 on iphone4?

Has anybody been able to successfully downgrade an iPhone 4 from 4.3.5 firmware to 4.3.3 firmware?
*Note I don't think i have SHSH blobs saved, is there anyway to download those?
there are several people saying they have and lots of other people saying that those people are liars so I'm kind of confused
