has anybody had electrical problems with their chevy trailblazer 02 & newer?

my brake only work when i turn on my alarm,not when i press the petal.also,the airbag light and radio are acting crazy.my suv only has 86,000 miles on it and it costs $75 an hour to put it on diagnostic
